Section 35

If a person falsely comes to vote in the name of another voter, the candidate or his representative or the voter of the same polling station may protest before the polling officer by depositing a bond of one hundred rupees.
(2) If there is an objection as per sub-section (1), the polling officer shall understand the necessary matters and make a decision immediately and the objection and its decision shall be immediately noted in the decision book.
(3) According to sub-section (1), if the objection is found to be valid, the polling officer shall return such bond amount to the concerned person and if the objection is found to be incorrect, such bond amount shall be confiscated.
(4) If the protest under sub-section (1) is found to be valid, the polling officer may fine the person who comes to vote under such false name in accordance with the prevailing federal law on election offenses and punishments.
